In a daring move, Cabello chose to carry, quite literally, a melting block of ice, cradling a lone copper rose within its icy depths. Vogue noted that the rose bore a striking resemblance to the one featured on the Met Gala invitation.
In an interview, the 27-year-old Cabello revealed that her custom Jane Wade clutch — originally intended to be a traditional purse until it shattered — was her unique interpretation of the “The Garden of Time” dress code and the “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” theme.
